StreamForge (the Service) is provided by DS Tech LLC (the Operator). By using the Service you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
To use the Service you create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans with a monthly subscription. Prices are shown in euros on the plans page. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Operator does not store or access your payment card details.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your panel. After cancellation you keep access to the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan or is deactivated in line with the chosen plan.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for holding all rights and licenses needed to broadcast music and other content (including copyright and related rights, as well as any fees owed to the relevant collective rights organizations in your country).
You may not use the Service for unlawful content, hate speech, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to compromise the security or operation of the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur from time to time.
The Service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Operator may amend these Terms. You will be notified of material changes by email or within the panel. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator's seat (DS Tech LLC). The parties will seek to resolve any disputes amicably.
