Privacy Policy

In short: we keep only the data needed to run the service, we do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising tracking. Payments go through Stripe — we do not see your card details. Infrastructure is in the EU.

1. Data controller

The data controller is DS Tech LLC (the Operator), provider of the StreamForge service. For privacy questions, write to kontakt@strmforge.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data: email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
Subscription data: chosen plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Operator does not store or access your card number and payment details.
Content you upload: audio files and the accompanying station metadata you enter yourself.
Technical data: IP address, basic access logs and data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to: operate your account and broadcasting, process your subscription and billing, maintain the security of the service and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of the contract (providing the service), our legitimate interest (security and improvement) and legal obligations, in line with the GDPR.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors necessary to run the service, primarily:

Stripe — payment processing.
EU infrastructure providers — hosting and storage.

All processors handle data on our instructions and in line with the law.

5. Data retention

We keep data while the account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. After an account is deleted, the data and uploaded content are removed within a reasonable period, except what we are required to retain.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can send a request to kontakt@strmforge.com.

7. Cookies and local storage

The panel uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in (access token). We do not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encrypted communication, access control). No system is absolutely secure, but we work to keep the risk to a minimum.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. You will be notified of material changes by email or within the panel.
